Inquiry regarding email notification

Hi.

I've just spent a very long time making a membership form with another online form builder (Formsite) and having done loads of work I discovered that you can't have email notifications sent when someone signs up (using their free user account). I wouldn't mind paying but they charge a lot considering all I want is one form which might get five submissions per month if I'm lucky.

I note that you do offer a discount for non-profit organisations and that would be my case. My organisation is here: www.sebra.org.uk

Anyway, all I want to do is take information as can be seen on this page, take a payment via PayPal and then return the person to a "thank you" page. (Or give a "thank you" message on the PayPal page.

(Note the need for a donation option, so a calculation needs to happen).

As you'll note from above I'd also like a mail notification to go out. Certainly to our membership secretary and ideally to the person who just signed up. (This is where Formsite are failing as the fee per month will be more than we're likely to take in subscriptions).

It may be that your free version does what I need, if so great, but the paid version at 50% for non-profit appeals as the branding gets removed.

Anyway, sorry for the long email. I hope what I want to do is clear, the link above shows exactly what I want and all works fine, it's just that Formsite want too much money for mail notifications. If your software can do it then that's great.
