I received an email that looks like encouraging users to collect CC information.

I received your email telling about a Camp Registration form you have created.  I looked through it.  On the "Collect Payment" registration form, it looks like you are encouraging the collecting  of credit card information.  It is my understanding that this violates Jotform's own conditions of use agreement.

Hey DanBlum - Could you please share us the Summer Camp registration template/form URL and a screenshot of the email you received from us so we can check it if it really comes from us?

Guide: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

I'm not sure why you received that but, if it's collecting credit card information then it clearly violates our Terms of Use agreement.

    Looking forward to your response.

Here's the hyperlink that was in the email:

    Here are 3 captures:

1st is the email to me

2nd is where that initially links to

3rd is after trying some of form options, particularly the one that is for payment.

I see, so you are referring to the email "Recurring payments with Square + a webinar for summer camps". The credit card/payment method used in that form is one of our Payment integration so it's safe and does not hold credit card information.

We allow accepting payments securely and efficiently. The payment data is not stored on our servers and is safely protected with 256-bit SSL encryption when submitting to the payment gateway services.

Jotform is a PCI DSS compliant service. We have a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certificate. We'd be happy to provide a certificate to any users who would need it for their payment gateway.

You can check for more details here: Mastering Payment Form Integrations with JotForm.

    Hope this helps!
