    Can "jotform" be removed from the web link?

    As far as I understand, you would like to show your web site link instead form's one. 

    You can embed form to your web page and share address of your web page: Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    Also, there is an option to use Custom Domains with JotForm: How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform
