I don't understand why I am being told I need to upgrade

    Can someone please reach out to me in regard to my account. I am being told I need to upgrade and I do not understand why. I have only 2 forms and I have only had 9 submissions. There is no way I should need to upgrade per my understanding of the Free account allowances.

    You are about to reach the Upload Space limit in your account:

    Your being suggested to upgrade, because your forms will be disabled if the limit is reached.

    You currently have 37 among the submissions for your Contract Submission form, and 1 upload in your submission for the Listing Submission form.

    If you don't want to upgrade, you may delete submissions that contain uploaded files in order to free up the Upload Space limit: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
