Salesforce Integration: data is not transferred to Lead tab in Salesforce.

    Integration saved successfully but when I fill a form and save, the record does not show in the salesforce.

    What is the form that you have integrated with Salesforce

    Here is the form name - "Quote Request Form". Please let me know if you need anything else.

    I have cloned and integrated it with Salesforce, and it worked fine using the Contacts list:

    Thanks, David for the prompt reply I am looking forward to integrating with Lead not the Contact, contact was working for me as well.

    I have been testing this and I can see the integration works too, I would recommend you to make sure that you're mapping the same field types, if you keep experiencing the issue, please try resetting your security token, this guide will help you doing so: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=user_security_token.htm&type=5

    I was able to replicate it. It seems data is not transferred to Leads tab. Let me report it to L2 for further checking.

    Hello Mo, Unfortunately, we have not yet received an update for this ticket, but it was forwarded to the team in charge with 'Important' mark, so hopefully we will get news soon. We will keep you informed via this thread.

    Hi Mo,

    This issue has been resolved.

    Please remove the current Salesforce integration and then reintegrate Salesforce to the form.

    Hi,

    Appreciated all help, I made Lead working, but there another issue I am not seeing is that all fields are not showing in drop down, please do let me know if is there any setting we need to do in order to see those fields in drop-down.
