Where do I upload a PDF form and make a little change to it?

    Could you clarify below points:

    1. Are you looking at uploading a PDF file in your form? If yes, You can do that using the file upload field as shown in below screencast:

    2. Are you looking at uploading a PDF file in your PDF editor form? If yes, we currently do not have such feature to upload the file in PDF editor.

    3. Do you want to change your PDF submission report? If yes, you can configure your PDF submission report using the guide below:

    I am trying to create a Job Application..then import form. I already have a job application but want to make a couple changes to it.

    I see. Can you share the link of the form here? If that's an online form, you can import the form in My Forms:

    If that's a PDF form, you need to import that using our fillable PDF creator:
