Please check the related guide on how to create a recurring payment in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option
To be able to take credit card payments in your form you can use PayPal Pro:
https://www.jotform.com/help/458-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Pro
Some of the other Payment integrations that support recurring payments are Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.Net etc.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

information. However, it doesn't mention a toggle or spot to make the
payment automatically renew?

place to put in the amount for the second payment. I am using stripe.

Payments will be renewed automatically if you didn't set any limits.
You can set custom first payment cost. After the first payment, your normal subscription payment cost(price) will go on.
