not receiving notification email

    Sometimes we are experiencing difficulties with receiving the form submissions when they are submitted through jot form.  

    How can we ensure we are receiving every entry?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked your mail logs and seen 4 notification emails sent for the month.
