My account has been suspended

    I can not access any of my forms and I cant log in I have contacted yall thru this multiple times and no one has responded to me...… I need to be able to access my account I have people that are trying to book flights and different trips and they are now contacting me via person line.

    I have checked your account and it was suspended due to the credit card fields on your form: 


    Note that asking for such information through plain text fields goes against our terms as it's considered as phishing, we understand this may not be the case with you; however, we cannot allow collecting the information since we need to protect our users from real phishers.

    Phishing. You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account I have deleted the guilty fields, note that it's not allowed at all to ask for credit card details through plain text fields, if you need to somehow collect payments you must use any of our available payment processing apps:

    Also, I noticed you have a driver license field, note that this is considered sensitive information so you will need to add a signature element and display a text stating the user agrees to provide the information.
