Is it possible to update the form?

We need to have the ability for people to save their progress, a progress bar that shows how far along they are, and an esignature feature to let them sign right there at the end. Is this possible and how is it done?

I have checked your form and you have a number of submissions already. Do note that when you edit/remove your form fields with associated submission data these data will also be removed.

I would suggest saving your submission data first before updating/removing some of your form fields.
