    Hi,

    1. Can I host these forms on my domain?

    2. Can I customize the code according to my requirement. How can I know in what structure this form is designed.

1.) Yes, you can host the form on your own webpage, here's a guide that can help you achieve that:

Adding a Form to a Web Page

If you want to host the form using its full source code, please follow the guide below.

2.) You can inject custom CSS Code to form builder but, jquery and javascript are not allowed. If you want to add a script to your form then use the full source code of your form and host it on your webpage.

    Hi,

After saving the form in my domain, can I rebuild the fields like adding or editing the fields on my domain using the builder. Also, I want to see the form entries on my domain.

If you used any of the embedding methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

You can edit your form in Form builder and changes will reflect automatically.

If you used Full source code: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

For any change you do in your form, you will have to re-embed your form.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Thank you!
