Hi, Please clear the cache. I have done this manually but still shows upload space is full.

Clearing the forms cache does not clear the available upload space, you need to delete the submissions where you received file uploads, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
You may also clear your forms cache in case it does not update after deleting the submissions.
