I have written a lot for appendix B, including all images and specification. Due to I have used <select>/.. kind of symbol in my rich text content, system detect it as error I did not realize. Upon save & submit, the email content (including PDF) cannot show appendix B. Please refer attachment. Then I edit the form and also cannot see the content, I change the <select>/.. to select/.., after save, my appendix B whole information was gone.

    Possible to recover?

Please scroll to appendix B, my content no more

You may revert your form back to the previous version in which the field was not deleted to recover the data.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

Do note that if you delete a field that is associated with your submission data. The submission data will also be removed.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

When you revert a form to a previous version, the collected data is also reverted and recovered in case you have deleted a field that contained data.

Please make sure to download your existing submissions before reverting the form to a previous version: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
