Uploads failing to reach Dropbox

    I am finding that about 5% of the time photo uploads from my form are failing. They are supposed to arrive at my Dropbox. However, only the file name arrives showing zero bytes. At the same time, the pdf submission form arrives in the Dropbox without problem.

    I checked your submissions page and I saw that the file was properly uploaded to the form. You can download it from the submissions.

    I also tested the Dropbox integration with that file and I was not able to replicate the issue. The photo was properly uploaded to my Dropbox.

    Please edit your submission and re-submit the form to see if that will resolve the issue.

    How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Forms

    You do not need to change any data. Simply click on the edit button, scroll to the bottom of the form and submit it. 

    If that does not resolve the issue, you can re-integrate your form with Dropbox and try to push the image by re-submitting the form again.
