Email Notification not receiving

    I have had problems with both forms. 

    I have a condition in place that sends an email to different people at different stages of the form process. 

    On a few occasions, the forms do not send the email as stated within the condition. I cannot figure out why. 

    Even sometimes when I edit the submission and save the email won't send. 

    Can you check it please?

    On checking your form I found that your email notification is in place. From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domains. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders? Since you are using your own email Id as sender so please check the settings of your SMTP email address.

    You may try configuring the default JotForm emails to see if you are able to receive emails if you are switching to this.
