Can I go back to just using the form without the file upload button?

I just started to use Jotform (free plan) and I was creating an order form in the pdf editor and noticed that there was a file upload button. Since my business is a photo and video editing I was happy to see this and started experimenting with it. Basically uploading files and just sending them to me. I just received an email telling me I reached my upload amount & my forms will be disabled Mon. If I remove the upload buttons (I can't afford upgrading, video files alone would fill up fast) can I go back to just using the forms for clients to fill out like I had planned on to begin with?

Yes, that will do. You can also download the files including the whole submissions in the form as a backup then delete them all over to restore your file storage limit. However, the limit of the free plan is only 100MB. If you are accepting more than this, then this won't work for you.

Thanks for the response, that does help me out for smaller projects. One other question. I noticed I can add payment options to my form and I have a limit of 10 transaction per month under the free plan. I will be asking for a 25% down payment then once I have completed the project I'll receive the rest of the payment. Will this be still considered one transaction or is it considered two. Thank you Tom.

It is considered two payment. As long as it's transaction and you received payments then that count as one payment.
