Out of submissions this month

    So...I'm out of submissions for April and have a ton of stuff coming in. Tried to go in and purchase a monthly silver plan but the system did not like that. How can I do this so we can receive stuff for the rest of the day? It's for a school and of course we are drama. :) Thanks!

    Can you please provide us some more details like are you trying to upgrade from the Billing/Upgrade tab? Also what happens when you try to upgrade? Is it giving you an error message?

    You already have a bronze plan so you need to upgrade your account via the billing page. Please login your account to jotform and click this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

    You can then click the upgrade button to silver plan. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
