Forms filled out online no longer being sent to me? Is it something we did? Or, did not do?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have just checked your forms and I can see you have configured the emails correctly, I have also checked your account email history and it seems like the emails have been successfully sent. 

    I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folder and see if the emails ended up there, if so, you may add Jotform to your contacts. 

    Also, you may whitelist our IP addresses in order to avoid emails being blocked, this guide will help you doing so:
