    Hello,

I was wondering if your application forms can transfer over information into a spreadsheet?

I do a Call of Artists with many details as: Name, phone, email, website, size of work, medium, exhibit title and a space for notes, as I need their itinerary for availability. And to send for juding purposes in one folder. Without the details, using only name and medium, 2D or 3D.

This allows me to schedule them into one of three galleries.

Do artist pay to do their entry, and how many jpgs?  We need 6 each.

    Thank you.

You can send the submissions data to a spreadsheet, this guide will help you integrating your form with Google Sheets: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

If you need an Excel file, then you will need to manually download the data following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report

Regarding the file uploads, you can accept single or multiple files, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

The users do not pay to submit the form, but if you want to ask them for payments you can also do it with any of our currently available payment integrations, here is a guide with more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm
