    Hi,

I have already created a registration form, so new users will be placed in the users section in Wordpress admin.

Now I am looking for a plugin that can create a multi-step search form that will search the users and display the result after the last step.

Is this possible with your plugin?

    Thank  you

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you would like to create a form that has the ability to search for a user who registered in your initial registration form. Then, have the data associated with that user appear in the multi-step form you are trying to create. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but the feature you are looking for is not available within JotForm. What we only have currently is the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

The data that will appear on the form when a Unique ID is searched will come from a Spreadsheet that is uploaded in the widget.

Hi, thank you for your quick reply.

No, I think you misunderstood the question a bit.

The data should not be displayed in the multi-step form.
The data should just be listed on a results page, like a normal search function.

The multi-step form should act as a search form.

Let me give you an example

    Step 1:

    Male: X
    Female:

    Step 2:

    CBS: X

    CPHbusiness:

So then it will show a results page with all users that in their registration chose that they are male and in step 2 chose CBS.

This info is already registered on the user in the admin, so it is just the search functionality.

    Can it do this?

    Thank you

I'm afraid that is not possible to do that. Since you want to do a lookup functionality in the form, which we currently don't support.

You would basically like to show to your users all results that are related to what they potentially choose in the form?

And results would come from your previous submissions or?

Please advise so we can forward this to our backend team for possible implementation.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Yes I want to show users results that are related to what they choose in the form.

And yes results would come from the users in wordpress admin.

They have been registered via a previous filled up registration form.

    Thank you

I'm afraid that is certainly not possible at this time with our forms.

But could you please explain this part:

And yes results would come from the users in wordpress admin.

Do you mean users that you add to your site like explained here?

    Hi,

Yes, but they are added through a registration form.

But yes, they are placed in the users section in the Wordpress, with a role.

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct option to achieve what you have shared. The only I can suggest to consider is redirecting user to your wordpress page, it is also possible to redirect to different pages based on selection made on form:
