How can I store files received through submissions to be easily downloaded?

Hi, 

I was just wondering if there is a way we can store particular files that will be uploaded into Jotform via submissions and access it at any time online without having to export?

I understand you can export all submissions and access them via the online link, however, you need to access them individually. I want to be able to increase efficiency and have these files automatically stored in a drive that I can access.

Please find the attachment for a more specified example.

I want to be able to save all applicants' RSA files into one drive :)

You may try integrating one of the cloud storage viz., Google Drive, DropBox, etc so that you the uploaded files shall be stored in the cloud. You may install respective desktop app on your PC so that they will be synced automatically to be able to access from your PC.
