I'm getting an error with Worldpay UK Integration

    Hello,

    We need to integrate Worldpay and JotForm and Worldpay have sent us the below help guide. Can someone please help?

    You can find your installation ID by logging into business manager and going to 'Setup'. It is the 'Select Junior' installation we are interested in, and the installation ID required for integration is the number of the left.

    Alternatively if you are using a particular shopping cart it may be that you just need to install a plugin that will link Worldpay Business Gateway to your shopping cart of choice. Just make sure it is asking for an installation ID in the settings, not API keys (service key and client key) as this will not be compatible.

    Hello,

    Its worldpay UK that we use which I have started on trying to merge, however I am having problems doing this. 

    It keeps coming up with a warning message....

    Yes, I have, when filling out the form it comes up like the below, cannot enter any card details....

    The Worldpay UK doesn't show the credit card info in the Form, it will only show when the form is submitted and the form user is redirected to the WorldPay payment page.

    Hello,

    Great, this is working now.

    However, the amount they need to pay determines from the rental amount which is a field in the form. 

    For example, if the rental amount they have offered is £1,300 the WorldPay field needs to calculate Rent x 12 / 52 = the amount they need to pay.

    How would I enable this?

    If you'll be calculating a value from another field, you will need to set the payment field as "User defined" amount so you can calculate and pass the total.

    Hello,

    I have set this up correctly in the Tenant Offer Form 1/3, however,I am trying to do the same in the Consultant Offer Form 2/3 and it is coming up with the below error message. 

    Can someone help me resolve this?

    Please check your integration and make sure it is complete. Please double check the ID and the final steps then click the Save button.

    The information is correct, its the same put in for our other form which includes the worldpay payment and it works fine.

    To clarify, after submitting the form  you are redirect to the Worldpay with that error message? Or when you tried to pay in the Worldpay  payment page the error occurs?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form using our Worldpay UK test account and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    I have cleared your form cache, can you please test your form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/91755133815358 again and let us know if the issue still remains?

    I have just tested the form and it is still coming up with the error message. 

    This is now happening for the Tenant Offer Form1/3

    Hello Alex - I have tried your credentials in my form and I was able to replicate the error message you showed us in your screenshot. However, when I put our test/merchant account, it works well. Meaning, your form has no issue, I think the problem is in your account.

    Please try to get a fresh Installation ID or contact Worldpay regarding this so they can check the status of your account.
