I can't create or download PDF submission anymore

    I was able to download the PDF versions of the forms after they where completed. But for some reason, I'm not able to download anymore. Any Ideas. I download and save the PDF's before I erase them from my system. Please help. thank you. 


    Note: When i click on the create PDF, I get a blank screen?

    We will be glad to help you with your concern. May we ask you to confirm which form in your account are you experiencing the issue you have described, please?

    Also, may we suggest that you also try the following to see if any of it will help solve the issue?

    1. Clear the cache of your browser. https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    2. Use a different browser or the Incognito/Private Mode of your browser(s). https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001378.htm

    3. Try a different internet connection.

    4. If there is any, temporarily disable any firewall or anti-virus before downloading the PDF Submission(s) of your form.

    5. Try downloading the PDF Submission of your form using a different device/computer.

    If, in any case, after doing what is listed above the issue still persists, please let us know. Please send us also a screenshot that shows the issue.
