How to restore the deleted submissions?

I have accidentally deleted our submissions for the Blue Base trip to Funopolis.  I thought i was just deleting 1 submissions that was a duplicate but it has deleted them all. Beckfoot Phoenix. 

Unfortunately, there is no way to restore the submissions once you manually deleted.

But, you create an excel file by collecting the submission information through notification emails and use the Import App to import the submissions to the Submission page.

You can check your account email logs for the notification emails.
