Proposal to use JotForm

    Hi

    Thanks for the below feed back.

    Can I trouble you a little more. :)

    I would like to go forward and subscribe to your software, with the intention of being a forms developer for a range of businesses yet to develop their own forms. 

    What would be the best subscription for me? 

    What would be the best fit for developing a range of forms and requirements.  For example:

    1.  Can a Form generate a unique ID number (filing/record keeping)?

    2. Creating forms under my personal account, then issuing to external parties/businesses to use and own/manage.

    What is the best way to handle this?  IE Do I suggest, a business to have their own subscription to manage the forms, once I step away and what would be the best subscription to offer that business? 

    3.  How do you manage forms online and offline?  How would a device activate a link when they are out of reception / offline.

    4. Can a form be directed to a dedicated set up emailbox (other than the account which created the form).

    5. Can the dash board/reporting features be under other accounts (other than the account which created the form). 

    6. Are there any issues most reported where forms have had some failings IE widgets etc not working as they should. 

    Sorry for all the questions, really excited to go forward and promote your software to others.  Its incredible simple but good.

    1.)  You can use the unique ID widget for that: How-to-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions

    2.) It's possible if you have a sub-user feature in your account. However, sub-users are no longer offered. It is now available only to grandfathered and enterprise users: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Well, that's the best option I think will work for your needs. Also, as I said, subscription depends on how many submissions and payments you will receive each month.

    For example: If your client expects to receive fewer submissions then they can upgrade to the bronze plan.

    3.)  You can create fillable PDF or use a mobile app if you want to use the form in offline mode.

    5.) Unfortunately, you need to have a sub-user feature and share the forms so they can view submission reports, visual reports, and PDF reports. However, since you do not have a sub-user feature in your account, you can share the form submission page with password: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
