Client can't submit completed form?

    I created a wedding questionnaire and shared link and upon client completing, she isn't able to submit. I'm not sure how to direct her. This is my first form also

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I see in your account a Vicki Jones Photography "Bridal Questionnaire" Form which is the most recent form you have modified. I can only assume that it is the form your respondents have been having issues submitting.

    I checked the form from a clone version and noticed that the form's layout was switched from JotForm Cards to the Classic Form Layout — "All Questions in One Page".

    On the builder page, you will see 7 of this warning message (Please refer to the screenshot below)

    It represents the field that is available in JotForm Cards but not available in the Classic Form layout.

    That would definitely cause an issue, especially, if the field is set as required. You can remove the field in your form and add another field suited for the same question. For example, Single Choice field with "Yes" and "No" options.

    However, just in case after fixing the issue I pointed above you or your respondents are still having the same inconvenience, may we know if your form is being submitted from its direct link (Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL) or from your website where the form is embedded? If it is from your website, kindly provide us the link to your website where the form is embedded so we can also have it inspected.

    With your permission, we would also like to make test submissions directly to your form to determine the issue your respondents are experiencing. If you could also provide us with more information, such as the type of device and/or web browser used when they (respondents) encounter the issue, we would greatly appreciate it. And if there is other information that you think would help us in resolving the issue, please let us know.
