If you are referring to sharing a form with others, you can achieve that through the Form Collaboration feature. Please follow this guide for more information: Understanding-Form-Collaboration.

You can also integrate your form with Google Sheets and later share the Sheet with others: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets. Please note that it is currently not possible to have several forms integrated directly with the same Sheet as each integration creates a new one. One workaround I can suggest is to use Zapier to connect JotForm with Google Docs, which would allow you to update the same Sheet through multiple forms. Please let us know if you have any questions.
