Yes, it is possible for some of our payment gateways to be setup for recurring payments.
You may try Stripe,Square,PayPal or Authorize.net as this integrations has subscription option.

Depending on the Payment Integration you have used, you may need to cancel the subscription manually or the user can cancel in the email received.
Example, Square payment. You have to cancel the subscription in your Square Dashboard.
https://www.jotform.com/help/559-How-to-work-Square-Subscription-and-Cancellation
Or the user can cancel using the email he has received.
May we know the payment integration you have used for your recurring form?
Hope this information helps.

Your customers should contact you if they want to cancel their subscriptions. You will need to do it from your Stripe Dashboard, you could find all your active subscriptions by following this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions
I am not sure if Stripe is sending an email to your customer an option to unsubscribe but you can contact them for more information. Here's the link: https://support.stripe.com/
