Please note that this feature is available only for notifications so that the form owner may receive the uploaded files to the email. I notice that there are only autoresponder emails setup on your form which is why the option is not available.

    Thanks!

    Ah ok.

When the person filling out the Jotform and uploads a file to send to an email.

Is there a way the email has the uploaded file?

For email autoresponders, attaching the uploaded files directly to the email is not possible. But if you enable PDF attachments, the submission PDF contains links to the uploaded file which can be downloaded by the user:

Here's how it looks when you open the submission PDF that was attached to the email. Please disregard the condition, it was just a sample image that I uploaded.

The text inside the box is a link to that uploaded image, which when clicked, will trigger downloading of the file:

I have another Jotform that is able to send a attachment via the File Upload

Can my original Jotform https://form.jotform.co/91328177240859 do similar to the above with file attachments being sent?

    Hi!

To send uploads as attachments, you would need to create email Notification template, it has such option. Please review related help guides:

    Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Once notification is created, open the email settings for your form and then enable Uploads as Attachments from the Advanced features tab:

    Thank you.

I don't have this option available.

How can I obtain this, as this is what this Jotform requires

    Thanks in advance again.

    Hi again,

I think you have an autoresponder email template on your screenshot. Please create new email template of type 'Notification' (orange one). Here is how: Setting-up-Email-Notifications

New question: Adding clickable links to images

    Hi,

    https://form.jotform.co/91328177240859

In Store > 11. Arrive in Store > Scroll to the bottom to find Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram images/icons.

I have attempted at clicking the image, selecting 'insert/ edit link' on one of the images/icons and this does not save.

Is there a way to have my images/icons direct clients to my websites?
