Unable to upgrade to HIPAA compliance

    I turned off the HIPPA compliancy off to see if it was the reason why the salesforce integration was not available. That was indeed the reason (UI is totally unclear. you might want to look into this).

    But now I am trying to re-enable the HIPPA and I can't.


    I keep on getting this cryptic message pointing to the pricing page even though I already have a silver account.

    Please try disabling the Encryption Forms option of the Account Data page. Here's a screenshot:

    After that, try upgrading to HIPAA Compliance by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

    Hi @quentin.cotillard,

    Please try to uncheck that box then click the Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance button. It will bring you to this page and shall be able to upgrade the account to HIPAA:

    Upon checking, your account is now HIPAA enabled. It looks like you've been able to resolve the issue you're experiencing, please let us know if you need further help.
