Is there any LIMIT for the number of conditions I can create in my JotForm?

I'm trying to create a condition in my JotForm and I get this in my screen:

Is there any LIMIT for the number of conditions I can create in my JotForm? Image 10

But when I refresh with F5 or I close my session and when return later, one of the conditions always disappear:

    Thank your for your help.

    Best Regards,

    Jorge

I will be testing a cloned form of your account and will be sharing my results here.

I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Ok, I have added the same condition to my form and it seems to have worked:

May you please kindly try adding the condition to your form again and see if that works?

If the problem persists, please let us know if we can add the condition to your form directly.

    Looking forward to your response.

Hi, the problem is still happening: I add a new condition, I refresh the screen or close my session and the condition disappears.

    I need your help.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

This is happening because you are on a free plan. Free users can not send multiple emails and email conditions are likely limited to 3. If you would like to create more conditions, please consider upgrading your account:
