Form isn't downloading properly to PDF Format

    Hi Jotform Support, 

    When looking in the Inbox of one of the forms, the input of the answers is lined up with the questions, but when downloading to a PDF only some of the answers are carried over. 

    Can you please help? Please LMK if I should provide additional information.

    To which form is your issue related to? Are you download a PDF report from Jotform Inbox? If so, which Download as PDF option are you using?


    The "Print version' with download the PDF report that has a style from Jotform Inbox. 

    The "PDF Form" will download the Fillable PDF Form. 

    The "New Document 1" will download the PDF report that has the style your set inside of the PDF Editor. 

    So if you customized your PDF report inside of the PDF Editor and you want to download that report, you should select "New Document 1" option inside of the Jotform Inbox, or download the PDF report from PDF Editor. 

    Please try to download your PDF report again. If the issue persists, let us know to exactly which form is your issue is related to, from where are you downloading the PDF, which option are you using and which fields are missing in PDF report. If possible also provide us a screenshot of the issue.
