Form over quota! message

Hello:

I got an email that we were at our quota. I went in and deleted all the messages from our inboxes, which got us within our quota, but I'm still getting the over quota box on the sites where I have the forms embedded. See attached screenshot. 

Any assistance you could provide would be most appreciated!

Hello Patrick,

I apologize for this, but the submission limit for a Free Plan is 100 submissions per month. Once your forms reach this submission limit, the "Form over quota" message will be displayed. The limit will be refreshed on the first day of every month. You could consider Upgrading to a higher plan to continue receiving submissions; otherwise, I'm afraid that you may have to wait until the submission records are refreshed next month.
