Also, I don't see the Embedded Inline Setting option so I can do this myself.

It is odd, it should show up. Could you please take a full screenshot with the console report opened?

Then post it on this forum thread: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

I shut everything down and I switched to FireFox and now I see it.

The only issue now is that the bar (previous/next) changed to black and did not keep its original color (green)

Glad to know that. In regards to the buttons color, they don't show the original color, because the Smart Embed option is ON:

If you turn it OFF, then the green color will show up in the your embedded form.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks!  I just purchased and upgraded.

It form seems to work in FireFox without the page numbers, but not in Chrome, Explorer, Edge.

One more item to make this work perfectly.  As you can see there is too much space at the top (between the header and form).  Can I either decrease the padding at the top or decrease the height (maybe css on my site).

    Thanks

    .
