Thanks, but after my secretary completes a form (while talking to a new patient on the phone), she needs to be able to email the completed form to me. How do we do this?

You may setup a notification email, when your form is submitted you will also receive a notification emails.
You may also add multiple recipients in your notification email, however this feature is only available for the paid plan.
