Remove space around single question layout

Is it possible to remove the extra space at the top/bottom of a form using the single question layout?

When I embed the form on a website, there's a lot of space at the top and bottom, so placing elements around the form looks bad.

    Let me know!
    Thanks

Please let us know the website where you have embedded the form.

I would also suggest that you embed using the iFrame code - https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

It doesn't matter if I use the script embed code or iframe code. The form looks the same.

I was able to adjust margins on the page to pull the form up, but in mobile view, it now overlaps the section above.

    Here's the page...

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option to inject CSS codes on card forms that could allow you to reduce the margins or padding. I could recommend that you embed your form with the iFrame code and reduce the height of the form on the page to reduce the gap between the form and the surrounding content on the webpage.

To reduce the height of the form edit to you desired height the part shown by the arrow in the image below:

    I hope this helps.

Please, let us know if you need further assistance.

I did what you suggested and set the height all the way down to zero, but no matter what number I enter there, the height is not changing...

I have tried adjusting the height of the iframe and it works on my end. Could you please try this code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-92628062083154" title="Home Page" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/92628062083154" frameborder="0" style="min-width: 100%; height: 450px!important; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    UPDATE:

Looks like both embed options seem to be picky with iOS mobile devices...

Yeah, the iframe seems to be having issues on mobile...iOS to be specific. So I'll just stick to the standard embed code and adjust margins on my site.

I don't currently have a way to show this issue as I do not have an iOS device. I'm just passing along what others have told me.

The most recent complaint was that they made it very far into one of my forms, but then couldn't complete a section because the next button was hidden, with no scroll available. Again, on an iOS mobile device.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Perhaps you can request from a user who encountered the issue to take a screenshot image that show the issue and forward it to you. Then you can share to us the image also.

Unfortunately we could not replicate the same issue you reported at this time on iOS device also. The embedded form on your website appears to be working properly as of this checking.

We need more information about the issue so that we can do further check/test and then report the problem to the backend team once confirmed for fixing.

    Thank you for your understanding.

It doesn't seem to be an issue all the time, just randomly. If I have the chance to share more info I definitely will.

    Thanks
