Creating an electronic survey

Hi there,

I need help with creating an electronic survey. It will need 7-8 sections/pages for the different categories of questions to be asked. That input will then need then to include formula's to calculate and weight each answer in relation to the others, in order to produce the desired results. All data will need to be in a database. Can Jotform survey maker provide this, please? Of course, I am happy to upgrade. Thank you, Hugh

However, please note that Request a Form option is not always available. Also, the requested forms are created by a different team, so we cannot provide you the exact time when will the form be created. It will depend on the complexity of your form and the workload of the team that is building the requested forms.

The submitted data is stored on our servers and you can view and download it from the submissions page.

2. Also, I don't want to create a form that doesn't work, is it possible to get support with each step I take?

Unfortunately, I do not know when will the Request a Form be available. I can only suggest you to check daily if the option is available. If I notice that we enabled it, I will let you know via this thread. 

If you decide to create a form, we can help you here on the forum with each step. I also think that this is a better option and that the form will be created faster this way. 

I would only suggest you to create a separate thread regarding each question, to avoid possible confusion.
