    Hello,

Having an issue with both an error (see attached screenshot) and not too keen on the Jotform branding after a credit card transaction is processed (Get your own Jotform...), how do we remove that?

    Error page: https://submit.jotform.ca/submit/81910676488267/ or https://cl.ly/764c4c8ad2e3/error.png

    Payment processing page: https://www.voyagermiami.com/payment/

    Thank you,

    Robert

Please allow me some time to check this.

I'll get back to you in some time.

    Thanks.

You can disable JotForm branding in your account settings. I have done it for you.

    Guide:
    1.) Log in your account.
2.) Go to your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3.) Scroll down to bottom and find the "JotForm branding"
4.) Uncheck the "Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms", this will remove all the JotForm branding to your form.

I have noticed that there are existing submissions on the Form so since when the "PCI Checks are failed" error message was shown on the Form?

Could you please re-connect your Stripe payment Integration? If possible could you please delete the Stripe field and then add it once again to see if this solves the issue.

Please be noted that before deletion of any of the Form fields you would have to take backup of all the submissions as submissions once deleted could not be restored again.

Exporting submissions:For exporting submissions from each form individually, please follow this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

For exporting only some submissions from individual forms, please follow this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

This seems to be a Jotform issue, I was able to submit payment manually via Stripe. I tried re-authenticating Stripe in both test and live mode, still getting the PCI check error.

    Anything else we can try?

Have you tried deleting the Stripe integration and then add it once again? Delete the Stripe field and then add the Stripe field once again.

I would request you to take a backup of your submissions first as deleting the Stripe field would delete the submissions.

Please give it a try and let us know how this goes.

    Thanks.

Is it possible to make a copy of the whole thing, deleting and re-integrating on the copy?

Yes, of course, you can try out in the cloned Form. Please clone your Form and connect to your Stripe account to see if this resolves the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Cloned the form, re-authenticated stripe, doesn’t work. Made a new form, doesn’t work.

There seems to be an issue where the card inputs are grayed out, even after saving, Stripe needs to be authenticated again over and over like it’s disconnecting.

I need to get this working as soon as possible, this is beyond ridiculous and has now become a joke.

    Thanks

After deleting the Stripe field, can you please delete your browser data, use incognito mode or try using a different browser where you haven't logged in to either JotForm and Stripe, before re-integrating Stripe.

Meanwhile, I have also cleared your browser cache in hopes that it would help.
