Unable to download submission on the new version.

    Could you please provide more information so we can assist you better? Also, please share the URL of the form.

    Are you getting any error when you try to download submissions? May we know how you are trying to download the submissions?

    i was trying to download submissions as an excel spreadsheet from here https://www.jotform.com/sheets/91926158693167 . I didn't receive an error message as it was just stuck circling on Downloading. I tried different browsers, cleaning cache, but same results. i finally switched back to the old jotform and it worked.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear it works using the old version. 

    However, I'm unable to reproduce the issue on my end. I accessed the link you provided for your submissions and able to download the excel file. Although, it really take 2-3 minutes to download it. 

    Are you downloading it using the three dots found on the "Submissions" tab? Or the "download all button"?

    Kindly try to also clean your form's cache, and try it again. Also, try to download the submissions as PDF or CSV to determine if same thing happens to other types of files.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.
