Multiple payment types in one form

    I'm attempting to complete a new Donations page for our website through the PayPal gateway.  Are there modules in JotForm that will allow for:

     - Option to donate a designated dollar amount on a recurring basis, along with

     - Option to donate a one-time dollar amount.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to create two payment types with the same form. Please check this guide: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form and see if that could work for you.
