    Dear Jotforms,

    The mail below was your reply to my request early May 2019. Thank you. I am rather busy so only now took the necessary action on PayPal. In your mail you write that you will "process my refund." 

    My first attempt to downgrade Jotforms was in 2018; you can see our forms have hardly been active. 

    I believe a refund of all payments for 2019 would be fair. Again, 19 dollar is not so much, why I kept postponing the actions to downgrade/refund, but added up it is still some money. 

    I can assure you when you refund 2019 entirely I will get back to Jotforms with similar projects and highly recommend JF to others!

    You were paying via Fast Spring up to Oct 2018 and then from Nov 2018, your payment mode was changed to PayPal. Here is the full list. You can also check this from your account - How-to-Check-Invoices

    When you downgrade your subscription to Free, you should also cancel your PayPal subscription. Else, PayPal auto-renews your charge every month. Your PayPal subscription ID for the Bronze monthly plan is I-FMUFLHRWAWKD.

    You can cancel the PayPal subscription by following the steps mentioned in this guide - How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, please let us know so that we could process your refund.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but as I check, for subscriptions made via PayPal, we would be able to provide only refunds only up to 2 months and not for the entire 2019.

    So if you want to downgrade your account to Free, you can cancel your recurring PayPal subscription from PayPal and let us know. We would then be able to refund the last two payments made.

    I did the paypal cancellation.
    When I fully downgrade, can:
    * People still submit forms? We don’t actively communicate anymore but folks might stumble upon our forms
    * I still access my submissions?
    I believe it would be fair if that would be the case. We’ve made decent payments thus far..

    After you fully downgrade to the free plan, your users will be still able to submit your forms. You will have also access to the submissions.

    Basically, you should stay within the limits of the free account. The following limits will apply on your account:

    Thank you for the confirmation regarding the PayPal cancellation. I have sent a refund for 2 months for processing. You will receive the refund in 7 to 10 days time.
