    Im trying to get my account unsuspended and it won't even let me log in. I want Jotform to delete a field on a form that is causing the issue.

    The account Im having an issue with is:

    I created a form and did realize a SS# request was a violation. We use these and DOBs to quote our clients home and auto insurance


    It is ok to remove that box.  

    Also my web developer is trying to get into my account to help me create and embed. How do I get him access since I give him permission??

    This is crazy

    I have checked the account you mentioned in your last reply. Yes, the account was suspended due to the Social Security Number field on the form.

    I have reactivated the account but I did not remove the field. You can keep the field in your form provided that you use the best security practices of JotForm. In such cases, we encourage our users to include in their form the mandatory Signature widget and a Term&Condition widget. Those widgets can serve as proof that your respondents agreed to have their information collected.
