I am receiving multiple fraudulent submissions. Can you help me stop these?

    You must be referring to spam submissions on your form.

    To resolve, please try these steps:

    1. You need to reactivate your account and forms first as it shows it was already in Overlimit status due exceeded Submission limits.

    Go to your form Submission page and delete the spam submissions only. Be careful with deleting submissions as deleted submission will be permanently gone.

    Once your submission usage is below the max limit, it will reactivate your account and form/s.

    2. To block and prevent spam submissions on your form, you can do the following method.

    a. Add/Enable the Captcha option. The Captcha will block spam bots from submitting the form.

    b. You can enable Unique Submission option. The unique submission will block spam submissions as those spam bots tend to be coming from the same IP or network only.
