How can I reactivate a form?

I have two forms where information has been submitted as an uploaded but when I click on the link to access it, it says "Error not found". How can I access this information?

I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Can you send us the form IDs or the links that you are having the issue with so we can take a look to see what the issue is?

Can you also send us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?

I was looking at your account to make sure the forms were not in the trash but did not see any forms located there. I did notice that you do have a lot of forms being shared with you and some of the forms were showing grayed out being disabled.
