I am unable to access my account

    Hi,


    I am unable to access my account, I have tried resetting my password however it does not allow me to login regardless of where I login manually or with google. It currently says 'login - suspended'.


    Please communicate the issue with me.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I checked the status of your account and I see that it is currently suspended due to forms in your account that are collecting Upload ID and ID number.

    I have reactivated your account. To prevent the same inconvenience from happening again in the future, we encourage that you include in your forms a Signature widget and a Terms&Condition widget that will serve as proof that your respondents agreed to have their data collected.

    Additionally, please change the email address associated with your account to a corporate email address that is in-line with the business you are promoting in your form.
