I want to downgrade from silver to bronze.

I want to downgrade from silver to bronze. What happens to my data and my customer's link to my data if I close this account and open an entirely new one. I am in the midst of a big campaign and I don't need any interruptions for potential clients/ business. PLEASE ADVISE. IS THERE A PHONE SUPPORT SERVICE AVAILABLE????

If you are ok with the above limits then you may downgrade your account to the Bronze subscription.

You were already auto renewed with the Silver subscription on December 12th, 2019. Do you want to cancel the subscription? We can provide a refund.

Do NOT make any changes yet. as I told you or someone (I’ve written to so many in an attempt to get answers) I am in the midst of a big campaign and cannot afford an interruption in service until March 2020.

I downgraded to and paid for the bronze subscription ($190).

2 . How do i access my saved files that were collected in the silver
