Switch payment method to PayPal

    Hi, I haven't heard back from my question a few days ago.


    1. We need to go to Paypal billing and remove our credit card.

    2. We need to take advantage of our nonprofit discount as well.

    3. We want to retain all of our existing forms.


    Please advise.

    Hello,

    We can downgrade your account back to the free account immediately if you want. After that, you can immediately change your payment method to PayPal.

    If that is okay with you, please let us know. We'll wait for your reply.

    You can now upgrade your account using your PayPal account.

    Please keep in mind that your account is a non-profit so you have a 50% discount.

    Hi,
    I tried to go to PayPal but it's asking for a card for backup.
    Catch 22.
    We're moving to PP as we're getting rid of our card.
    Is there a way to set this up without having the backup card requirement?

    Hello Michelle - It looks like PayPal is the one asking you to provide/add a credit card? If not, can you please give us a screenshot so we can review it on our end?
