How can I view and download new application documents?

I am unable to download submissions for Social Innovation Award Applications. When I click on the inbox the screen is blank. When I view the list of submissions, I can see the application information but when downloaded, it is blank.

I have checked the form and its submissions and I was able to download a submission in PDF on my end to test it. To clarify, are you trying to download it in PDF and are you trying to download multiple submissions?
