How do I clear my storage?

I am "out of storage" in my free account but I deleted the form with the stored images... Or I thought I did...

SO two things:

1. How do I download all of my "stored" things? (IE images from a form that we took photos from) ESPECIALLY in one batch?

2. If I've deleted that form... how do I clear my storage?
