Email notification is sending not updated labels

Hi Jotform

i am having trouble trying to amend my form. If you see my form, i have a drop down list of courses. Once of the course that is having issue is "diploma in hotel management". 

The requirement for this course is the "chef jacket" only need 1 piece. Somehow when i play around with the "conditions" button, after i have saved it, the actual form still shows "chef jacket x 2". Would you be able to advise how to rectify it?

the correct number of uniform "diploma in hotel management" should have is as follow

chef jacket - x 1

chef pants x 1

f&b shirt

vest

long pants

safety shoe

white kitchen apron x 1

kitchen hat

kitchen towel

service cloth

black apron

white scarf

You can fix that by editing your email template: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

OR, delete your current notification and create a new one: Setting-up-Email-Notifications
